This Privacy Policy explains how Signal Forge Solutions LLC ("Signal Forge," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, websites, customer portals, and related services.

DailyChores

  • DailyChores is a family chores, rewards, reading, math, and optional Screen Time controls app. DailyChores does not use third-party advertising, third-party tracking, or third-party analytics.
  • DailyChores may store family names, child profile names, child ages, child Apple ID email addresses provided by a parent or guardian, chores, approvals, reading and math activity, rewards, screen-time bank activity, subscription entitlement status, and audit history.
  • DailyChores uses Sign in with Apple for account identity, iCloud and CloudKit for family sharing and sync, StoreKit for Premium purchases, and Apple Screen Time APIs including Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity when enabled by a parent or guardian.
  • Apple Screen Time app and category selections are handled through Apple's private tokens. DailyChores does not collect browsing history or detailed app usage history.
  • DailyChores is intended for use by parents or guardians managing a family household. Child profile information should be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

Information We Collect

  • Account and contact information, such as name, email address, company name, login credentials, and related account details.
  • App content and operational data that you choose to provide, such as projects, tasks, messages, tickets, notes, photos, documents, service records, and form submissions.
  • Billing and transaction information when a paid service is used. Payment details may be processed by a third-party payment provider and are not stored directly by Signal Forge unless expressly stated in the app.
  • Device, usage, and diagnostic information only where a specific app or service uses it, such as device type, operating system, app version, log data, crash reports, performance data, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with app features.
  • Communications with us, including support requests, feedback, emails, and contact form submissions.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain our apps, websites, customer portals, and related services.
  • Create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, process requests, and provide customer support.
  • Deliver app features, synchronize data, send service notifications, and maintain operational records.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, issue invoices, and maintain billing records.
  • Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, improve performance, and develop new or improved features.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.

Sharing and Disclosure

  • Service providers that help us host infrastructure, authenticate users, store data, process payments, send emails, monitor errors, provide analytics where used by a specific app, or deliver customer support.
  • Customers, administrators, or authorized users within the same organization when the app is designed for team or business use.
  • Legal, compliance, and safety recipients when disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, security, and property.
  • Business transfer recipients if Signal Forge is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Third-Party Services

  • Our apps and services may use third-party platforms such as Apple services, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, Firebase, or Google Cloud only where a specific app uses those services.
  • Those providers process information according to their own privacy terms and only as needed to support the app or service functionality we use them for.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

  • Some Signal Forge apps or services may use analytics or diagnostic tools to understand app performance, reliability, and feature usage. DailyChores does not use third-party analytics.
  • We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising unless a specific app clearly discloses that behavior and obtains any required consent.
  • If an app uses tracking as defined by Apple, the app will request permission through Apple App Tracking Transparency before tracking occurs.

Data Retention

  • We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the app or service, maintain business and support records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
  • Retention periods vary based on the type of information, customer configuration, legal requirements, and the nature of the app or service.

Security

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
  • No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.
  • You may opt out of non-essential communications by following unsubscribe instructions where provided or by contacting us.
  • You may control certain permissions, such as notifications, camera, photos, or location, through your device settings.
  • If you use an app through an organization, some requests may need to be handled by that organization as the account administrator.

Children's Privacy

  • Some Signal Forge apps, including DailyChores, may be used by families with child profiles managed by a parent or guardian.
  • DailyChores is intended for parent or guardian management of household chores, rewards, reading, math, and optional Apple Screen Time controls.
  • Child profile information should be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
  • If we learn that child information has been provided without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or obtain appropriate consent where required.

International Users

  • Signal Forge is based in the United States. If you access our apps or services from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law or appropriate for the change.
